Our Adult Martial Arts Program teaches you techniques and exercises to learn self-defense, improve your physical fitness, all while having a great time in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.
Cardio Kickboxing:
A fun and pulse pounding alternative to boring exercise. This training system allows you to safely get in shape, using proven kickboxing techniques that will challenge your muscles, getting you fit while you actually have fun working out! And because you're learning real martial arts techniques, there's the dual benefit to your workout that you'll be able to protect yourself should you ever have to!
Cardio Kickboxing burns more fat than traditional martial arts training and most other workout programs, allowing you to effectively burn 500 to 700 calories per workout. You will find energy and power you never thought you had! You will also build lean muscle mass, improve your balance and coordination, promote good health by concentrating on performing the combinations and hitting the targets correctly, challenge your mind and boy to work together to learn a new skill, and gain improved self-esteem and confidence.
Krav Maga:
Learn self-defense like the pros. This training system is not a traditional martial arts program. It is designed to quickly teach usable, real-life self-defense based on simple principles and instinctive movements. Krav Maga has been taught to hundreds of law enforcement agencies in the USA and abroad. You will learn how to defend yourself against common chokes, grabs, bear hugs, weapons (guns, knives, sticks), rape prevention techniques and tactics, street fights, and you'll learn how to spot danger signs and react accordingly to protect yourself. Get into shape with a cardiovascular workout that uses heavy bag work and sport conditioning techniques to burn fat and tone muscle better than other forms of exercise.
Defence Lab:
The new 'DNA Fight Science' program developed by Andy Norman and Defence Lab is a reality based combat system that has gone through the evolutionary process and will always continue to do so. It is a fighting method that has progressed and advanced to meet the challenges of today, which are very different from the challenges of the past. The development of this amazing new system has taken over 20 years of testing and training, along with real life experiences, and the desperate need to answer that all important question: "Does it really work?" also you will improve fitness, strength and conditioning, build confidence, develop mobility and flexibility, raise awareness and self-esteem, incinerate calories, aid weight loss, cultivate self-discipline and respect, build new friendships and team spirit, education about leading a healthy lifestyle, how to massively de-stress, have great fun, and above all, learn a proven and tested self-defense system.

Mixed Martial Arts:
Develop basic fundamental martial arts specific skills taken from the best of each traditional martial arts style and their how and why. Start your journey into the world of Mixed Martial Arts; the takedowns, ground and pound, the striking principles, wrestling, judo, and jiu-jitsu. The system is very organized, easy to learn and promotes a comprehensive and balanced curriculum. This training will compliment any prior training and will enhance your skills exponentially.
Develop elite athleticism through our Lifetime Athletic Performance Development Training. Increase your A,B,C's (Agility, Balance, and Coordination) of athleticism. Develop the 5 S's of training (Stamina, Strength, Suppleness (Mobility/Flexibility), Speed, and Sensitivity. Understand and learn to perform at Peak High Velocity and Peak Strength Velocity.
DL Thai:
This program is designed for those who want to learn Thai Boxing in a controlled environment and with a safe and fun method. Thai boxing is an ancient martial art of Thai origin that has a great history, cultural background, rules, rituals, and traditions. It'd based on discipline, perseverance, and thanks to it numerous physical and mental benefits, has become very popular. DL THai is an evolved combat system, designed for you to learn quickly and achieve many benefits: lose weight, increase mental strength, and improve self-confidence.
This program is designed for all types of people, those who don't know anything about martial arts and for those who have already practiced another discipline. It provides you with a safe and easy to follow training program that will allow you to challenge and improve yourself.
