We provide our members with the best possible training while surrounding them with a positive, professional, and safe environment. 

We empower our adults to live their best lives by empowering them with self-defense training, healthy habits, and stress relief with convenient class times in Krav Maga, Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts, and Defence Lab in the morning and evenings. You are never to old to learn to protect yourself and your loved ones, while improving your overall health and wellness.

For our Warrior Street Smarts youth, ages 8-12 years old, we help make them more confident, disciplined, mentally and physically stronger, and give them leadership skills and other vital life skills, which they then carry into every aspect of their future lives. They are taught how to defend against 'real life bullies', build awareness, abduction prevention, and how to avoid and react to danger. Our training will help improve strength, fitness, agility, coordination and reflexes. We will help them build a strong sense of self-belief, confidence and self-esteem to increase their ability to face obstacles and challenges in life. Improved mood and focus through physical activity and a positive, supportive environment will help improve discipline and success at home and school.
